How to Order
Please fill out a basket and complete your request via either the Ready to Ship or Made to Order sections of the store. Once your request is received, Monday Merch will send a final invoice with shipping costs included based on the destination country and the relevant products/volumes selected.
After approval of the invoice your order will be fully processed. Please note that pricing on Made to Order is based on 100 units. If your request contains +/- this amount then unit price may differ from what is displayed.
When will I receive my order?
If ordering via Ready to Ship, products will be shipped as soon as the invoice is approved. For EU countries, transit should only take 2 to 3 days.
For non-EU destinations transit may take 1 to 2 weeks. If ordering via Made to Order, the same transit times apply but you will need to wait the production time (usually 2 to 3 weeks).
You will receive a tracking link as soon as products are on the way and you can always reach out to Connor Todd on connor@mondaymerch.com for updates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the pricing shown on both the Ready to Ship and Made to Order sections.
After submitting your request, you will receive an invoice containing all the relevant shipping costs based on the destination country and the relevant products/volumes selected.
After approval of the invoice your order will be fully processed.
Taxes
Any relevant taxes will be applied to the invoice you receive.
Product pricing shown currently on Ready to Ship and Made to Order sections are excl. any taxes.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, but this cannot be indicated on the shop page itself. Please reach out to Circana's merch account manager for the EMEA region, Connor Todd, to discuss further.

How do I update my billing/shipping address?
Each new request allows you to enter a different billing/shipping address specific to that request.
What is Made to Order?
Made to Order products are not yet produced and are only produced on a request basis.
They can take a while to produce and deliver so please order well in advance of your event.Prices are based on 100 units per item, so final unit prices may be higher or lower dependent on volume ordered.
Prices also do not include shipping and fulfilment.After submitting a request you will receive an invoice with all costs included which you can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
Upon completion of payment, production of your merch will begin with 1 business day and your dedicated account manager will keep you posted every step of the way.
